Couple take on demanding remodel of 80-year old 4000 sf plus 360 degree rooftop terrace 2-story penthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

During the remodel of another unit in the same building, this architectural gem was discovered after being abandoned for more than 10 years and partially destroyed by hurricane Maria in 2017.

Main objective of remodel was to bring back to life this home while preserving and restoring original architecture, including crown moldings, window arches and terrazzo floors among other features.
