Kingsley Eno Osagie MON (born 12 December 1973) also known as Winning Jah is a reggae musician, multi-instrumentalist, record label chief executive officer and a philanthropist.[2] He is best known for his album "Big Man", which went platinum in Nigeria and performed in some festivals such as Rototom Sunsplash and Sanremo Music Festival in the 1990s.[3] In 2011, he was awarded Order of the Niger for music merit by Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the president of Nigeria[3]

Winning Jah was born on 12 December 1973 in Kano State in Nigeria[4]
Music career[edit]
In 2016, Jah was signed to VP Records[5] and released albums such as Nouveau Business, "Africa Inside Me"[6] and some singles such as "Rude Boy", "Living in Fire", "C-Krit" and "Now I know (Made in Africa)" featuring Stephen Marley, which peaked at 14th position on the Top 100 Reggae albums on iTunes in 2020.[7]
Awards and honours[edit]
Jah had received over 300 awards.[3] Among other awards he received are:
- Member of the Order of the Niger awarded by Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, president of Nigeria, in 2011.[3]
- Africa Grammy awards, also known as Obaland Royal Awards[8] for 'Best Edo state/Diaspora Philanthropist' and 'Best Africa reggae artiste'.[9][10]
- Aid People Change Naija (APCN) Humanitarian awards for 'Best Charitable Singer of the Year' and 'Best Nigerian Reggae Act of the Year'.[11]
- In 2020 he was honored and described as the "Nigeria King of Reggae" on Splash 105.5 FM Ibadan.[12]
