Fails WP:NFOOTBALL. Has not made his first team appearance yet

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

I have this ready for when he does make his debut. So you don't need to waste time on this article. It's already prepared. Cheers.--EchetusXe 14:42, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox dates[edit]

Hi, when updating infobox stats you should update the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats, by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 22:44, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, could you make sure you use 5 tildes, rather than 4 please? Otherwise, it also adds your username (as it did on this edit). Thanks, Nzd (talk) 09:33, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

2018–19[edit]

Er... I imagine the new article you created, 2018–19 was supposed to have a more descriptive title? Could you either move it there or let me know what it should be and I can make the move? Thanks! Richard0612 08:52, 2 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ooops, it should have been 2017–18 Sheffield Wednesday F.C. season

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at 2020–21 Sheffield Wednesday F.C. season shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Navigation[edit]

Hallo, Thank you for creating Billy Brooks (footballer). When you create an article like this with a "disambiguated" title, please make sure that the reader can find it from the basic name (ie Billy Brooks), by adding or expanding a hatnote, or adding the article to a disambiguation page. This helps the reader to find your article, and also reduces the chance of a future careless editor creating a duplicate article with a slightly different disambiguator. I've fixed this one. Thanks, and Happy Editing. PamD 16:44, 30 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Korede Adedoyin[edit]

Firstly, playing in the EFL Trophy against a Premier League U21 team does not confer notability. Secondly, there were two drafts of Korede Adedoyin, so I am unsure why you created a mainspace article rather than moving one of them?! I have merged the three versions at Draft:Korede Adedoyin.
