FUNDING

Seventy-eight percent of the cost were funded by way of a loan from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)-with an interest rate of 0.95% per annum; 22 percent represents the BCDA counterpart.

 

TOTAL PROJECT COSTS

Total cost of the SCTEX is Php34.907 billion.
