 Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop, presents CHATTERVISION, a new, interactive
 way for kids to watch television.  CHATTERVISION premieres Monday,
 September 10 at 10:00 p.m. (ET) and airs regularly Monday nights at 10:00 p.m.

     Through unique custom software technology created exclusively for Noggin
 by Video Design Interactive, viewers can now watch television, chat online
 simultaneously at http://www.noggin.com and see their chat appear LIVE, in
 real time on Noggin.
     During each half-hour of CHATTERVISION, kids will see an encore
 presentation of an original show from Noggin's prime-time line-up.
 CHATTERVISION enables kids to go online to http://www.noggin.com and chat
 about the show they are watching, and see their chat appear LIVE on the top
 half of the TV screen while the show airs on the bottom half of the screen.
 Viewers do not need any special keyboard or equipment.  CHATTERVISION gives
 viewers the opportunity to watch their favorite shows, ask questions, express
 their opinions, and see their thoughts on the TV screen.
     Every Monday night in September, Noggin's new interactive game show SPONK!
 will be featured in CHATTERVISION so viewers can chat live with SPONK! host
 Johnathan McClain and the kids from the show.
