News Otakon Hosts Nana, Chobits Director Morio Asaka

Otakon 2007 announced that veteran director Morio Asaka will appear as a Guest of Honor at the July 20-22 convention at the Baltimore Convention Center in Maryland. Asaka's directorial efforts include Mermaid's Scar, CLAMP in Wonderland, the Card Captor Sakura television series and movies, Galaxy Angel and its Z sequel, Chobits, Gunslinger Girl, and the Last Order Final Fantasy VII video. He most recently directed the NANA television series. He also storyboarded the 1989 version of Jungle Emperor, Yawara, Monster, and Black Lagoon.
