I don't recall Arcueid ever transforming in a segment where it's actually her, so yeah I think Raftina's answer is most accurate.

Depends on how you look at it, I guess. I just see it as Arcueid doing a parody. So I guess Akiha in those segments should be identified as "Demon Akiha" or something? I don't know how to say what I want to say so I dunno.

It's a show within a show type of deal. The characters in those parodies aren't the same characters we know from the main series.
