Volunteer Registration will open for SaikouCon 2016 on May 2, 2016, volunteer registration will be open until July 15, 2016, accepted applicants will be notified no later than August 1, 2016. Volunteer registration is not guaranteed for all applicants, applicants that have already bought an Attendance Package to attend SaikouCon 2016 will not be offered monetary reimbursement for 2016 but upon completion of their chosen volunteer time will be awarded a SaikouCon Souvenir Gift Pack. Volunteers that have not paid for an Attendance Package will be awarded with a free 3 Day VIP Attendance Package for their service hours to SaikouCon 2017. Before volunteering, please review the Guest Codes of Conduct and Guidelines on our Convention Info page as you will still be held to these codes and guidelines as a volunteer and may be called upon to know them for non-volunteer guests during your service time for SaikouCon 2016. Volunteer Application form will be located on the Volunteers page of SaikouCon.com.

Press Applications for SaikouCon 2016 is open as of May 2, 2016 at 12 PM ET and will be closing July 1, 2016 at 6 PM ET (Facebook events are no longer allowed to run for longer than two weeks, please ignore the the May 15 deadline, July 1 is the correct deadline). Press applications are now closed. Selected media outlets will be notified by July 8, 2016 so reporters/bloggers have time to set up interviews, if desired, with SaikouCon 2016 Guests of Honor, Featured Guests, Musical Guests, and Special Guests. Please review the Press Rules and Guidelines for covering SaikouCon before applying to cover the event, both located on the Press page of SaikouCon.com.

We're baaacck... SaikouCon 2016 is on like Donkey Kong! SaikouCon 2016 is officially booked to happen August 26-28 2016 at the Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony PA! We are sad to leave the Lehigh Valley, but there just isn't anywhere big enough for us to call home that wants to work with us. Split Rock Resort has thrown open their arms to us and is letting us take over their 45,000 square foot Sports Complex within the Galleria at Split Rock! Split Rock Resort is located at 100 Moseywood Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624, a mere five miles from the Lake Harmony exit off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Split Rock Resort is a full service resort offering SaikouCon its 45,000 square foot Sports Complex inside the Galleria at Split Rock, this is not including meeting rooms for Panels and activities. The Sports Complex will be used for the SaikouCon Vendor Hall, Artist Alley, and events like our Friday Night Concert, Cosplay Contest, Cosplay Concert, and Charity Auction! Guest Registration for SaikouCon 2016 is open on the Guest Registration page from January 9 until July 8, 2016 for VIP Attendance Packages and August 19, 2016 for General Admission Attendance Packages. Vendor Registration and Artist Alley Registration are both open from January 11 until July 1, 2016 or until all available spaces are sold.
