So, Did Kate Hudson Turn Muse’s Matt Bellamy ‘Psycho’?
Muse have premiered their latest track, ‘Psycho’, taken from their upcoming seventh album - Drones.
The Devon rockers’ brand new LP was revealed following frontman, Matt Bellamy’s December split from Kate Hudson... leading many to believe the record could have been penned with her in mind.
While we can’t be too sure what is happening in the Full Metal Jacket inspired lyric video, the 'Supremacy' singer does seem to be dropping some ‘Supermassive’ hints in the lyrics to support those claims:
“Love it will get you nowhere, you are on your own, lost in the wild, so come to me now, I could use someone like you, someone who’ll kill,”
“I’m gonna break you, I’m gonna make you a f***king Psycho.”
It wouldn’t be the first time that Bellamy has used his relationship as a creative muse, with the artist previously revealing 2012’s Madness was about a fight between himself and Kate. The band’s UK tour kicks off in Belfast March 15, Drones will be released June 8.
