Battle Angel to be his Next Feature Film
In an interview with NPR, about his "Aliens of the Deep" Imax documentary film, James Cameron was asked about his next feature movie, "Battle Angel."
In 2003 Cameron confirmed that Battle Angel was in pre-production, and in the recent NPR interview he states that Battle Angel, " We're in pre-production right now on a project called Battle Angel, which is something I've been working on for several years, and we're just finishing up the shooting draft right now, we've been designing it, its a big science fiction film. A couple things that will be interesting about this project, even though its a live-action film, the main character will be done with CG animation, and the second thing that's interesting is that we'll be shooting it in 3D using the stereo imaging system that we've been developing for the documentaries."
In the past Cameron has stated that he would like to do more than one Battle Angel movie and that motorball, a central plot point of the third part of the Gunnm manga, might make its way into the plot towards the second Battle Angel movie.
Thanks to Charlie D. Cheung for pointing this out.

manga
The series gets back on track with this volume, although it still relies a bit heavily on a discussion of mystery as a genre rather than the mystery itself.
― Ryukishi07 has established an authorial habit in this fifth arc of his Umineko: When They Cry mystery series that has the unfortunate side effect of taking away from his own story's efficacy and enjoyability: trolling the reader. This really ca...

Goodnight Punpun Omnibus 1
manga
Inio Asano's story is part slice-of-life and part coming-of-age as it follows a little boy named Punpun while he tries to navigate a life that isn't quite what he was expecting.
― It's almost too easy to call Goodnight Punpun a slice-of-life story or a coming of age manga. Although it is both of those things, it's also a bit of a fantasy, albeit a fairly mundane one. Inio Asano's story follows fifth-...

My Hero Academia GN 3
manga
My Hero Academia takes a few chapters to catch its breath before charging towards the next arc in this relatively low-key third volume.
