One Direction Named Biggest Earning Entertainers Under 30
Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne - the foursome that make up One Direction - have been named as the biggest earning entertainers under 30. WOW.
According to Forbes, the 1D boys pocketed a cool £87 million (so around £21.75 million each) between June 2014 and June of this year. Not bad going, is it?In second place was Harry's old flame Taylor Swift, who has had a tremendously successful year, as she scooped £53.5 million.

Forbes come up with these totals based on an artist's or band's money made from a number of things, including tour dates, movies, album and single sales, publishing, as well as other business (whateve that means).
The adorable Ed Sheeran came in at number 4, amassing a whopping £38 million - not bad for a bloke who once was a street busker, eh? In a mere 365 days - that's a year to anyone not up on their maths - Ed performed an incredible 154 gigs. AMAZING.
Obviously there will be those saying that the 1D lads have collectively made that amount whereas Swifty and Ed have made over half of their £87 million by flying solo. But regardless of how many band members there are, the boys have done incredibly well since forming - considering they didn't even win the X Factor series they were in - and have gone on to become one fo the biggest acts in the world.
Well done, lads! Here's hoping for more of the same in 2016!
