Donate £2 to charity and get a free milkshake at Shake Shack
Forget bucket shaking for charity, from this Friday (August 1) Shake Shack in Covent Garden will be shaking up some tasty complimentary shakes for visitors who donate £2 or more to Action Against Hunger.
The deals goes like this: pop over to Shake Shack and treat yourself to something off the menu, donate £2 or more to Action Against Hunger, then receive a voucher for a hand-spun shake, which you can use on your next visit (so, probably in five minutes when you’ve queued up again, yeah?).
This is the first annual Great British Shake Sale, which runs throughout August and aims to raise awareness and funds for the charity. Action Against Hunger is an international humanitarian organisation that works towards ending child hunger. Shake Shack hopes to raise over £5,000 by then end of the month, so get yourself down there and help them out by eating a burger and slurping a free shake. Truly guilt-free food.
