CHILL IN A CREATIVE CAFE
Eat Chic Cafe
Hmm, what to have with your creamy flat white? A fresh pastry from a micro-bakery based in east London? A handcrafted meringue? Or how about a flick through a selection of fashion, art, and craft magazines? This pop-up café is all about getting people to think creatively. The organic, gluten-free, palm oil-free, preservative-free, and (very nearly) guilt-free chocolates sound promising too.

SEAFOOD AND EAT IT
Seafood fans, you NEED to check out the stonking great menu Nicos Popupalot is offering to those attending his Lobster Pot party. After an early morning trip to pick up some fresh fish at Billingsgate Market, he’s cooking them in a wonderful sounding three-course meal. Grilled scallops, deep-fried oysters, mussels, clams, razor clams, crayfish, massive tiger prawns, Devon crab claws, and Canadian lobster with samphire sound good? Drooling yet? You need to call or Email Nicos to book in advance, put down a £10 deposit and pay cash on the night.

WATCH A FILM IN THE BACKYARD
Backyard Cinema is back! There are 20 great film screenings, an Honest burgers pop-up BBQ and a Brewdog bar. As you may expect, most screenings are already sold out, but if you manage to sniff out some spare tickets, get yourself down to Camden Lock to slouch in a beanbag and snaffle some popcorn.

POP OVER FOR A LUXURY SORBETTO
It’s still summery and warm so Snowflake Gelato is popping to Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge to cool shoppers down with their handmade ice cream. For those of us watching our waistlines for the impending beach holiday, there is also a range of fat, gluten and dairy free sorbetti made with seasonal fruits.

JOIN THE MILE HIGH CLUB IN SPAIN
Craving a holiday? The Mile High club are offering an evening in Andalucia (kind of). Combining the best bits of a weekend away, this evening has the food, drink, immersive entertainment and a real latino vibe. The location is totally secret and the event suggests there will be a few other surprises too.

POP BACK TO THE ’90S
Who doesn’t love an outdoor cinema? Who doesn’t love the ’90s? Duo ‘Tee’s and Cee’s’ have combined them to create the winning formula that is We Love the ’90s film festival. This week is offering ‘Pulp Fiction’, ‘Boyz N The Hood’, ‘Higher Learning’ and a Caribbean burger joint. It’s a popular one so make sure you book way in advance – you have until Sunday August 3.
