Gorilla Circus is swinging its way back to Regent’s Park with its Flying Trapeze School this summer. Kicking off in May, anyone with a penchant for heights and tummy-turning activities can sign up for lessons, and feel the balmy breeze as they whizz through the air.

You’ll start off learning the basics on the low bar before moving up to the Flying Trapeze to show off your newly learned skills. In reality, you probably won’t look as graceful as you’re imagining in your head, but if OAPs can give it a whirl (the oldest student so far has been 78), we reckon you can swing it too.

Prices are pretty reasonable at £24 for two hours, so get booking as lots of days are already sold out at gorillacircus.com.
