Celebrate the Design Museum’s 25th birthday

Have you RSVP’d yet? You (and the rest of London) have been invited to celebrate 25 years of the Design Museum residing in a converted banana warehouse near Tower Bridge. The first 25 guests to turn up will receive a goodie bag, and there’ll be free family-friendly workshops to walk you down the museum’s memory lane. Mother Flipper will be serving up burgers by the river, and the obligatory birthday cake will be served in the café. Plus, the icing on this whole shebang is that tickets to the Designs of the Year and Daniel Weil exhibitions will be available for a special birthday price of £8.80.
