Recipe: Breakfast stone fruit

Eat new season stone fruit at their peak, fresh and raw. Start the day with slices of fresh, ripe fruit with the skin on. Add a few blueberries or thin apple slices if you choose.

Squeeze a bit of lemon or lime juice over these to sharpen the taste and stop discolouration.

Add liquid honey if you want to sweeten. Serve with your morning muesli and plain yoghurt.
