He was the rocker with hordes of adoring fans. She was the first beauty to join him in saying 'I do'.
In May of 1971 Mick Jagger and Bianca de Macias sent the media and fans wild as they tied the knot in Saint Tropez, France.

Joined by guests including Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, the civil ceremony had the media in a frenzy as around 100 cameramen and journalists tried to pack into the town hall.
Initially Jagger refused to appear because of the media, but police threatened to cancel the wedding if the couple didn't show, insisting the media had a right to stay.
After exchanging rings, the newly weds were joined by 200 guests at a reception that in true rock fashion, went on into the early hours of the morning.
