Print Ingredients (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 200 g Chicken, diced, pre-cooked 2 handfuls Lettuce, chopped ½ cup Red cabbage, shredded ¼ cup Spring onion, chopped ½ Red capsicum, chopped ½ cup Corn kernels, cooked, (or corn from 1 ear) 1 cup Couscous, Israeli couscous (prepare according to directions on the packet) 1 cup Dried cranberries, chopped ¼ cup Tasty cheese, finely grated 2 tbsp Pecans, finely chopped Sweet Basil Dressing ½ cup Olive oil 1 cup Basil, roughly chopped 3 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Honey 3 tsp Water 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat 1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper + Add to shopping list Directions In a bowl large enough for tossing salad, add all the salad ingredients and set aside. Combine olive oil, basil, lemon juice, honey, water and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth. Pour over the salad, toss gently, season and serve immediately.
