The Certificate of Multi-channel Direct Marketing is completed over 16 weeks (week-night classes). The Multi-channel Direct Marketing Certificate is assessed with a short test (10%), individual assignment (25%), group assignment (25%), peer assessment (5%) and exam (35%). A lighter workload at the beginning of the semester for Direct Marketing Certificates. However, the workload will increase during assignments; averaging 2 hours per week of self-study.
