The site is slow, or times out. Why?
While we do our best to ensure that IOL performs as quickly as possible, the site is very large and is read my hundreds, even thousands, of readers at any one time. This can sometimes result in bottlenecks.

If these speed issues do not resolve themselves in a reasonable time please contact us via our feedback system and let us know. If possible please include some details on the type of internet connection you have (ADSL, 3G etc), the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Chrome etc), the operating system you are using (OS X, Windows XP etc) and any other relevant details you can offer. The more details we have of the problem the easier it is for us to try and solve it.
