Two men have been arrested and charged after an altercation that left a man unconscious on the side of the road in the Kaimai Range. A 24-year-old Hamilton man and a 22-year-old Te Puke man allegedly got into a fight with a 40-year-old Western Bay man at the top of the Kaimai Range about 8pm last night. The 40-year-old man was found unconscious on the side of State Highway 29 near Valley View Rd and was taken to hospital. His car was found in rural Matamata. Bay of Plenty police communications manager Kim Perks said the victim did not know his two attackers. Police would not reveal details…
