Directions

  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, or according to packet instructions, until tender. Drain well.
  2. Slice lamb steaks into thick strips. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan, add lamb in two batches and stir-fry to brown on all sides. Remove to one side.
  3. Add sliced garlic and vegetables and stir-fry to brown. Add black bean and soy sauce and a little water if necessary to finish cooking vegetables. Return lamb to the pan, add drained noodles and stir-fry to heat through. Serve immediately.
