Pour the beans (drain cans) into a baking dish. Roughly chop the tomatoes and add with the juice. Mix the paste and stock (or water) together and add with the onion(thinly sliced), bay leaves, seasoning and olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes then scatter with peas and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Crumble over the feta before serving.
