From the team

It must be the autumn air that is turning us into squirrels, foraging in our pantries (and fridges and freezers) for great meals we can turn out from the store cupboard.  Check out our collection of recipes that you can make from staples. A tin of beans, a tin of tomatoes (chopped, whole or flavoured) and you can make a filling tomato soup with bread or lentils, a Mediterranean-style white bean stew.  Pair tins of mushroom soup and salmon into a terrific autumn bake; frozen wonton wrappers are great for pumpkin ravioli.  Check out or store cupboard staples collection. We’d love to hear on what your cupboard stand-by recipes are - just post your photos and comments on the site to share.
