NOTICE UNDER SECTION 35 IN THE ESTATE OF MARIE PATRICIA FERG
USSON of Tauranga, Retired Pursuant to section 35 of the Trustee Act 1956 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having claims against or in respect of the abovenamed deceased or any property forming part of such estate or against the administrators personally are required to send their claims to the under mentioned administrators on or before the 18th of May 2013 and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that after such date the administrators propose to transfer or distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the administrators then have notice and that in such event the administrators will not as respect the property so transferred or distributed be liable to any such person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of such transfer or distribution.
