Greg Murphy on safety drive (+poll)
V8 Supercar driver Greg Murphy is coming to the Bay to speak with students at Otumoetai College and Tauranga Girls' College, on April 16 and 17.
Murphy will discuss road safety and the impact young drivers have on our roads, themselves and communities.
Murphy is an advocate for youth safety initiatives such as upping the driving age, lowering blood alcohol levels for young drivers and compulsory defensive driving programmes.
The school programme is in its sixth year and the MTA hosts it to reduce youth road accidents.
