The U.S. Embassy is seeking a contractor to replace North Gate Street Entrance Door:

Contractor shall remove existing door, repair granite threshold, manufacture and install new double pane door. Rough opening 2490mm x 1915mm. Door shall be made out of SCHUECO JANSEN stainless steel thermally insulated Janisol 60 profile, or similar with glazing 8mm tempered glass double glass panes and shutter protection film 8 mil from both sides. Both panes of the door shall be able to open independently.

Contractor shall install side panels to cover brick sides of the opening. Contractor shall install door closures – 2ea, door handles – 4 ea (door furniture – Dorma or similar), threshold.
