CASTLE CONNOLLY TOP DOCTORS DIRECTORY EXPLAINED
Premium Members:
Top doctors in America can be found particularly in major metropolitan areas or at academic health centers
or university campuses. The Castle Connolly Top Doctors directory of more than 27,000 of the nation's top
doctors is predominantly, specialists and subspecialists, although it does include to a lesser extent primary
are physicians (internists, general pediatricians, general ob/gyn and family practice physicians) in various
metropolitan areas of the U.S. You may not necessarily find a top doctor, whether you are searching
for a primary care physician or a specialist, in all specialties in your city/town/state identified within
our directory. We continue to identify and add to our database excellent primary care and specialty care
physicians whose peers have identified them as regionally or nationally outstanding.
Refunds will not be made to people who do not find a particular specialist in their city or state within
our directory.
Registered Members and Non-Member Visitors to the Website:
As a Registered Member, your search results will be based on only a portion of the entire doctor directory,
approximately 20-25% of the more than 27,000 total doctors available online at our site. Hospitals in
Castle Connolly's hospital information program, Partnership for Excellence, sponsor free searches
for physicians and only the doctors affiliated with those hospitals will appear when a Doctor Search
is conducted, unless you are a Premium Member. Once you have become a Premium Member, you will have access
to the entire doctor directory. Non-Member Visitors to the Website have the same limited access to the Castle
Connolly Top Doctors database as do Registered Members but do not receive any member discounts for purchases
made on the site.
Privacy
You should appreciate that all information submitted on the Website might potentially be publicly accessible.
Important and private information should be protected by you. We are not responsible for protecting, nor are
we liable for failing to protect, the privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the
Internet or any other network that you may utilize. See Castle Connolly's Privacy
Statement for more information regarding privacy. Castle Connolly's privacy policy is incorporated into
and a part of these Terms of Use.
Security
Castle Connolly uses industry standard efforts, such as firewalls, to safeguard the confidentiality of your
