Makeup pro Raychel Wade works closely with brides on what she calls the "You on Your Best Day" package (three-person minimum, including the bride, from $700). Each additional person is $150. She also offers application lessons (from $225).

Christan Burran

Burran’s high-fashion work has appeared in Harper’s Bazaar and Rolling Stone, but she’s happy to work on whatever look suits the bride. On the big day, Burran soothes the bridal party with aromatherapy face massages. Trials are $250, the bride’s makeup is $500, and each additional person is $250.

The bridal package ($500) offers unlimited styling by Dominique de Anfrasio for however many people will fit into a three-hour time frame. The same goes for makeup. For the bride alone, it’s $300 for hair and $300 for makeup.

Eve Pearl

A five-time Emmy Award-winning makeup artist, Pearl specializes in gorgeous, organic looks. A trial is $250 ($100 of which goes toward the wedding-day makeup), and on-site application for three people is $1,200. Pearl will do the rest of the bridal party for $250 each.

Francesca Maniace

Maniace is committed to clean, precise looks that won’t go out of style, and her airbrush technique ensures that the makeup will stay in place all day. A trial is $225; wedding-day application for the bride is $500, and from $200 per person for the bridal party ($175 for more than three people).

Jessica Liebeskind Make-up Artistry

Brides won’t find an abundance of false lashes in this makeup-artist’s kit. Liebeskind (a Fashion Week regular at Reem Acra, Badgley Mischka, and Amsale) likes to keep things practical, natural, and timeless. To make sure her subtle aesthetic clicks with her client’s, she suggests booking a "chemistry trial" ($250). Wedding-day application from $1,000.

Jill Harth Beauty and Cosmetics

Jill Harth has spent the past decade creating customized wedding looks, and has worked with more than a thousand brides. Her combination of airbrush techniques and high-definition makeup can transform even the most beleaguered complexion. A two-hour trial application is $200. Wedding-day rates start at $395 for the bride and $150 for each additional client.

Keri Berman

Berman, a wedding veteran, is renowned for her friendly professionalism as well as her contouring and highlighting prowess. Consultations are $250. Wedding-day makeup for the bride and one other person by Berman is $1,000 (other stylists are $700); each additional person is $200.

Kimara Ahnert Makeup and Skincare Studio

This certified aesthetician is happy to help brides with a skin-clearing treatment or waxing regimen, and her light makeup application keeps skin from feeling layered or heavy. Trials cost $50. She will travel anywhere for on-site applications ($225 for the bride; $150 for each bridesmaid). For an additional fee, she’ll stay through the ceremony for touch-ups.

Piera Canu

This Italian makeup artist, who has worked with many top fashion magazines, is known for bringing luminous looks to her clients’ faces with a soft and natural base. Packages, which include the bride and two others, start at $800; trials $200.

Robin Narvaez at Salon Eliut Rivera

For the bride who craves control, Narvaez is the perfect safety net. During the recommended wedding trial ($160), clients learn to apply makeup and receive personalized shopping lists; an expert eyebrow-plucking costs $75. On-site makeup is $200 per hour.

As the former assistant to the late great Kevyn Aucoin, Duvall is known for creating sophisticated looks using minimal makeup. Wedding-day makeup is $275 for the bride and $95 for each additional person. For groups of four or more, it’s $225 for the bride and $85 for others; or Duvall can make up parties of up to twelve people for $1,000 (ten hours).

Sandy Linter at Rita Hazan Salon
