Central African Republic Checklist presentation for preparing the MDGR. Presentation material prepared for workshop of national committee set up by the Minister of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation, to educate a task force, composed of representatives of public institutions whose mandates cover at least one of the MDG. Presentation is designed so that at the end of the workshop, the national committee will have a capacity and a relevent protocol to manage the MDG report process.

This PowerPoint presentation on MDGs was developed by the Office of the Resident Coordinator in the Lao PDR -- on the basis of many good examples and practices shared through the MDGNet, as well as the UNDG guidance note. Presentation was used for introduction of MDGR process by increasing knowledge and raising awareness. Presentation also intends to highlight linkages between the MDGs and the UNDAF, focusing on the support UNDAF will provide to the attainment of MDGs. Presentation starts with general trends and justification for MDGs; then introduces each goal's targets; next slides discuss how to achieve and monitor goals; the MDGR & UNDPs role is then explained; and finally the last slides are dedicated to the relationship between the MDGR and other processes, particularly focusing on the UNDAF.
