Two and a half years since she pulled out of the presidential race, Hillary Clinton is "so close to paying off the last of her debt," according to a fund-raising e-mail Bill Clinton has sent out to supporters. As an incentive to contribute, Bill, for at least the third time, is offering to spend a day with one lucky donor in New York.
