Paris Hilton Reveals Her 2010 Christmas Card

By PopEater Staff  Posted Dec 18th 2010 02:29PM
We all know Paris Hilton had quite a bumpy year. And, as depicted in her new holiday photo, she just might be bracing for another one.

The provocative Christmas card has been mailed to friends and associates of the 29-year-old socialite (recently nixed from the Nicole Richie wedding guest list), and the message she sends, according to People.com, is as unsubtle as her slinky silver minidress: "Happy holidays to everyone! Love Paris, xoxo"

Perched on an upholstered throne and dressed to the nines, the jet-setter -- who was arrested in August by Las Vegas police on a felony cocaine charge -- is surely hoping to put her 2010 woes behind her. But despite her pout, she's feeling cheerful, reports RadarOnline: "Christmas is my favorite time of year," she says, adding that she plans to spend the holidays soaking up the sun, first in Hawaii, then Mexico.

Rumer Willis' New Gig: Badgley Mischka Model

By The Editors of StyleList  Posted Dec 18th 2010 01:51PM
Rumer Willis, 22, has gone to work for the house of Badgley Mischka. The eldest of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's three daughters is the latest scion of Hollywood royalty being tapped to model for a major designer.

The actress and Ocean Pacific model recently posed in Malibu, Calif., for photographer Tony Duran's series of Spring 2011 images advertising the latest looks from designers James Mischka and Mark Badgley, according to People.com.

We're guessing her runway-fixture mom Demi Moore approves of her daughter's new endeavor!

No doubt the designers are enthused about the A-list progeny: Rumer's campaign will feature her modeling evening wear, and the duo's new Mark & James contemporary collection, swimwear, bags, shoes and baubles.

"I was thrilled and honored to be chosen to represent the Badgley Mischka brand," Willis said in a statement. "Working with Mark and James is an incredible opportunity."

The designers, meanwhile, gushed about their new muse: "We adore Rumer, she is glamorous, youthful and fun," they said in a statement. "Rumer captures the spirit of all of our spring collections, especially our newly launched Mark & James collection."

Neil Patrick Harris Backtracks After Twitter Rant About 'HIMYM' Guest

By Christine Fenno  Posted Dec 18th 2010 12:34PM
How we met the dark side of one of Hollywood's most likeable TV stars, Neil Patrick Harris, is a pretty short story: Less than 140 characters, in fact.

After soap opera star Eric Braeden ('The Young and the Restless') canceled his returning guest appearance on 'How I Met Your Mother' on short notice, Harris took to Twitter on Friday to blast the 69-year-old TV veteran with this blunt message: "Eric Braeden is a D-Bag. The actor, (Robin's dad) agreed to a cameo, then last night bailed, saying the part wasn't 'substantial' enough."

NPH soon added that Braeden was replaced with "fantastic" Ray Wise, and tweeted welcoming words to Wise about the cast change.

A few hours later, Harris tweeted his regrets ("Now I feel bad for the D-bag comment. Don't know the guy personally. I'm just fiercely protective of our show."), but the damage had been done.

When contacted for a response to Harris' slam, Braeden didn't hesitate to tell his side of the story.

Bristol Palin: I'm Thrilled About Levi's New Girlfriend

By Christine Fenno  Posted Dec 18th 2010 11:34AM
'Dancing with the Stars' finalist Bristol Palin wants to make one thing clear: She's hardly carrying a torch for Levi Johnston.

In fact, Palin -- who, in July, announced her sudden engagement to the father of her baby boy before abruptly breaking it off -- is now going out of her way to explain how thrilled she is that he's moved on.

"I have to be happy for Levi's new relationship because it sounds like his new girlfriend is influencing him to want to actually spend time with Tripp," Bristol, 20, tells E! News. "I sincerely appreciate her influence because [Levi] hasn't asked to see Tripp in over five months, so I'm happy for this new development!"

The new girlfriend, 19-year-old Sunny Oglesby, is "In a Relationship with Levi Johnston" on her Facebook page, which also features a photo of her kissing Palin's 20-year-old ex.

Jude Law, Sienna Miller Living Together in New Digs

By Christine Fenno  Posted Dec 18th 2010 10:03AM
Ever since going public with their rekindled romance in May, British "It" couple Jude Law and Sienna Miller have been hounded by paparazzi. But now, it looks like they've paid a hefty sum to achieve more privacy whenever they want to see one another.

The U.K.'s Daily Mail reports this week that Law and Miller (who were once engaged, until Miller ended the relationship in 2005 after Law's dalliance with his children's nanny) have jointly purchased a luxurious $12 million property in north London, and have been quietly living together in the seven-bedroom home since November.

Many wonder if the two will soon announce their re-engagement. Meanwhile, Miller recently dismissed rumors that the couple had secretly tied the knot while on holiday in April. The fashion-forward actress, 28, first met Law, 37, on the set of their 2004 comedy remake 'Alfie,' and they first became engaged later that year. He was previously married to actress Sadie Frost, with whom he has three children (Law also fathered a baby after a short fling in early 2009 with model Samantha Burke).

Conan's 'Spider-Man' Musical vs. The Real Thing

By Christine Fenno  Posted Dec 18th 2010 08:33AM
As the $65 million Broadway behemoth 'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark' continues working out its widely reported kinks -- producers just announced another postponement of the opening date, after extensive media coverage of cast injuries and technical problems -- suspense builds about what the show will finally be like.

Well, Conan O'Brien knows! Or thinks he does, anyway. The late-night host has been shedding light on that mystery with supremely silly "preview" scenes of the Spidey musical.

The real show is in an increasingly sticky situation. With a score by U2's Bono and The Edge, and direction from the visionary behind 'The Lion King' (on Broadway) and 'The Tempest' (on the big screen now), Julie Taymor, the ambitious production has sky-high artistic expectations. Will the cast and creators end up taking the comic-book character way too seriously? Team Coco hopes not!
