Clarence Thomas’s Wife May Step Down As Head of Conservative Group

After Virginia "Ginni" Thomas's ill-advised decision to ask Anita Hill to apologize for being sexually harassed, rumors are swirling that the justice's wife will step down as head of Liberty Central, the tea-party lobbyist group she founded last November. The group's COO denies the report but doesn't rule out the possibility. Thomas probably doesn't want the negative spotlight to detract from the noble work of calling out President Obama's leftist "tyranny" or accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars in anonymous donations when you're directly tied to a court that prizes its judicial objectivity.
