After pulling a legislative stunt that left Minority Leader John Boehner feeling like he was stuck in the barnyard, House Democrats voted 234 to 188 this afternoon to pass legislation extending the Bush tax cuts to all but the wealthiest Americans. Twenty Democrats voted against the bill.
