Joe Jackson has filed a new lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray, claiming that the physician was responsible for the wrongful death of his son, Michael Jackson. In addition to accusing Murray of wrongfully providing the singer with a powerful anesthetic that resulted in his death, the suit also alleges that the doctor ordered a security guard to remove all medication from the room in which Jackson passed away before police arrived to investigate the scene.
