Newt Gingrich Still Waiting Until February to Decide If He’s Running for President

In July, former House speaker Newt Gingrich said he is really thinking hard about running for president in 2012: "I've never been this serious," Gingrich claimed. "It's fair to say that by February the groundwork will have been laid to consider seriously whether or not to run." Several months later, February's still looking good for that decision: “We’re much more inclined to run than not run,” Gingrich said on Fox News Sunday today. He added that he might decide as soon as February. Well, when we have to make an important decision, we tend to push it off for a few months too. [Bloomberg]
