NASCAR Driver -- I Got Stiffed By Extenze

NASCAR badass Robby Gordon claims he was used and abused by the people who make Extenze -- claiming he put their logo on a car he owned ... but instead of paying him, they gave him the shaft.

1203_Robbie_Gordon_getty_ex_2

Gordon claims the company behind the penis pills agreed to fork over a ton of cash if Robby -- who owns a race car team -- would splash the logo on a car operated by his driver Kevin Conway at NASCAR events in October and November.

But when Kevin was in danger of falling out of the prestigious top 35 ranked cars -- Robby asked the Extenze people if he could personally drive the Extenze car instead.

In his lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Gordon claims the Extenze people initially agreed to the deal ... so he made the switch.

It was only after the races, Gordon claims, that Extenze refused to pay him citing breach of contract because he got in the driver's seat instead of Kevin.

Now, Gordon wants Extenze to pay him at least $690,000 to, ahem, straighten things out.

It's a promo for some Norwegian television show, but looks more like a bizarro "We Are the World"/SNL sketch.

Be prepared to be mesmerized by the randomness.

Chasen Murder 'Person of Interest' Threatened to Kill

TMZ has obtained a mug shot of Harold Martin Smith -- the "person of interest" in the Ronni Chasen murder case -- and we've learned he had an open criminal case where the victim alleged Smith threatened to kill her husband.

Ronni Chasen and Harold Martin Smith
Smith -- seen here in a 2009 mug shot taken in connection with an Oregon case -- was arrested by the Manhattan Beach Police Department, also in 2009, for prowling and marijuana possession. Smith pled guilty and served 30 days in jail -- but was a no-show for a related court hearing, so an arrest warrant was issued.

The victim tells TMZ Smith was going house to house in Manhattan Beach trying to break in, and she saw him enter her backyard and then try to enter her house through the back door. The victim says her husband confronted him and he angrily responded, "I'm going to kill you."  The couple called the cops and Smith was arrested.

As we first reported ... although Smith is a "person of interest" in the Chasen murder, detectives believe he may not have been involved, and shot himself because he believed he was going to be arrested and sent back to prison for several burglaries in his neighborhood.

Willie Nelson Charged With Pot Possession

Willie Nelson has been charged with the unthinkable -- misdemeanor marijuana possession ... TMZ has learned.

Willie Nelson

Nelson was busted last week after cops found pot on the singer's tour bus at a border patrol checkpoint in Texas.

Cops initially thought Nelson had six ounces of weed -- which could have resulted in a felony charge. But now, officials have determined it was less than four ounces ... so Willie was slapped with a misdemeanor.

If convicted, Willie will be fined -- but not jailed ... but we think Willie can afford it.

The cost of doing business ...

Lead in Publicist Murder Case Could Hit Dead End

The "person of interest" in the Ronni Chasen murder case may have actually shot himself dead because he feared he was going back to prison for possibly committing several burglaries in the area where he lived, and not for the Chasen murder ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Ronni Chasen Murder Suspect
As we first reported yesterday, the "person of interest" is Harold Martin Smith.  He has a long criminal record, including two robberies and at least 4 burglaries.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... there were several recent burglaries near the Harvey Apartments in L.A. -- where Smith lived -- and the suspect matches Smith's description.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... detectives believe there's a good chance that when Smith was confronted by law enforcement Wednesday, he thought he was being arrested for the burglaries, not the Chasen murder.

As for the Beverly Hills PD, our sources say detectives have no evidence so far linking Smith to the crimes.  Detectives are conducting ballistics and other forensic tests, but the results are not expected back until next week.  Until then, Smith will remain a person of interest.

Alexis Neiers -- Probation Revoked

"Pretty Wild" star/Burglar Bunch member Alexis Neiers had her probation revoked by a judge this morning and was ordered to be held without bail pending a hearing on Thursday.

Alexis Neiers Probation Revoked

As we first reported, Neiers was arrested earlier this week when cops came to her home in response to a probation violation ... and allegedly found her to be in possession of black tar heroin and a fake ID.

UPDATE: Neiers' lawyer Michael Nasatir tells TMZ, “[Alexis] is a young woman with a drug problem and she needs treatment. This is her first offense. Let’s get her some recovery rather than incarceration."

Josh Duhamel Kicked Off Plane in NYC

Josh Duhamel was escorted off of a plane yesterday after he refused to turn off his BlackBerry ... sources tell TMZ.

Josh Duhamel Kicked Off Plane
We're told Duhamel was on a flight from New York (LGA) to Kentucky -- when, according to sources, the flight attendant asked Duhamel to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff ... but he refused.

One passenger tells us Duhamel was "very rude" and "taunting the attendant."

We're told the flight attendant asked Josh to turn off the device three separate times -- and on the third time Josh laughed at his request.

We're told Duhamel's reaction infuriated the attendant, who then called for backup -- and the plane, which was already on the runway, was turned back to the gate.

Two US Airways reps eventually boarded the plane and escorted Duhamel off of the aircraft.

We're told passengers were pissed -- because the incident further delayed the flight.

Before boarding the plane, we're told Josh was in the airport bar watching the Cleveland/Miami game.

Duhamel's rep told TMZ Josh was texting on his BlackBerry about his flight being delayed.  The rep adds, "He's sorry."

Mark Wahlberg -- I Could Knock Out Manny Pacquiao

Mark Wahlberg claims he's had so much real-life fighting experience -- he could knock out Manny Pacquiao ... if he could catch the dude with a suckerpunch.

1203_mark_manny_BN_launch

Wahlberg was on the "Dan Patrick Show" this morning -- where he revealed that he "clocked" a guy in a L.A. nightclub recently ... and "fish hooked" some guy's eye socket during a rumble at a Patriots-Jets football game a few years ago. Crazy violent stuff.

But the most shocking part -- Wahlberg, who trained as a boxer for his new movie "The Fighter" -- thinks he could K.O. Manny Pacquiao ... if he could land a suckerpunch to the side of his head.

Wahlberg explains, "If I can choke him and wrestle him than that's it ... but I don't want to be, you know, getting picked apart by him ... that's not a good call."

IMG Chief Bans Employees from Sports Gambling

The heads of the sports management giant IMG fired off an anti-gambling memo to all of its employees today -- a move that comes in the wake of the alleged gambling scandal involving Roger Federer.

1203_ted_doc_launch_EX3_Getty
The memo -- obtained by TMZ -- says, "given IMG's increasing role in U.S. college sports over the last three years, it is appropriate to implement specific anti-gambling policies with respect to wagering on collegiate sporting events."

The memo -- sent from IMG's Senior V.P. John Raleigh -- also states that the policy, "prohibits gambling on collegiate sports even where such activity would otherwise be legal."

Perhaps most crushing to IMG employees -- the new policy also bans all NCAA basketball tournament pools ... "whether conducted on IMG premises or not."

Back in October, IMG CEO Ted Fortsmann was accused of getting inside info after he placed bets on Federer and Tiger Woods -- both IMG clients.

A rep for IMG tells TMZ the company did not previously have a wagering policy, but that Fortsmann had attorneys draw up this one, "to avoid any concerns or perceptual issues in the future."
