I was craving a sandwich and since chef Dennis Leary's recently opened hot spot, Golden West, is directly across the street from the office, I ordered one of his specialties. As we approach the end of Summer, chances are you've spent some time these last few months traveling via airplane. On Saturday I hosted the big bridal shower that I've been planning for weeks. A tomato tart was on the menu and I had planned on making the dough from scratch, but simply ran out of time. Instead, I used store-bought pie crust.
