A Fair Deal at Work

Unions are working hard to ensure all members get fair treatment and equal pay at work. Strategies to challenge pay discrimination often involve a combination of negotiation and legal challenge where necessary. To assist unions we want to establish a growing guide to the resources available to help unions, their negotiators, reps and members. In this first bulletin which is attached are examples of on-line resources that unions can access.
