4Pei Wei rocks my world. It's a toss up between the Udon noodles and the Soba miso bowl for my favorite noodle dish. I love the big, fat, soft Udon noodles. Like Lo Mein on steroids.
5I always thought of udon as more winter-appropriate but it can be surprisingly refreshing!

7I love it! We sometimes cook it at home after getting the pre-packaged version from the supermarket at Isetan!
