If you have a query about an item on order please contact the supplier directly. You can do this using the contact details on the Our Suppliers page. To find the supplier of your product see your confirmation email or the product page on the website.
If you have already contacted the supplier but would like to discuss the matter further with Guardian News & Media, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you. Please note that we cannot track orders from the Guardian office.

If we are unable to take your call please feel free to leave a message stating your name, telephone number, order number, post code and the product you have ordered. Please note that we may have to refer your query to the relevant supplier.
