As well as licensing our content for use in print and online media, we are able to license it for use in many other media: books; films; television programmes; as well as advertising and marketing campaigns. Our permissions clients are often from the educational and not-for-profit sectors and we operate a flexible scale of fees to cater to their needs.

We understand the power of the Guardian and Observer brands in communicating a message to the public. We therefore offer a reprints service, to allow you to reproduce positive coverage of your organisation with the full branding of our newspapers.

Our dedicated permissions executive works with a range of clients including educational and academic publishers, charities, film and TV companies and individuals to accommodate your needs and arrange a tailored licence to reflect your specific usage needs.

We offer a choice of 3 turnaround times to suit all budgets and can license content across all formats.

For marketing or PR purposes, our reprint service allows clients to tell the world how well their organisation, product or service has been represented in the press. Our team will work with you to license a reprint, either hard copy or pdf, for you to distribute, adding gravitas to any campaign or launch.

Prices depend on a number of factors and use is subject to terms and controls which will be discussed in detail when an order is placed.
