Director of Adult Services

You will be taking the lead of managing this organisation through an exciting period and ensuring the local population receives the world class services they deserve.

The key areas we are looking for you to make your mark are the personalisation programme and being at the forefront of their safeguarding policies. Your expertise will also be crucial in continuing the organisations multi agency approach and look to further engage in joint working with the councils.

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate must have prior experience at director level within Social Services and preferably hold a Social Work qualification in addition to be able to demonstrate a track record in multi agency working, particularly with local health organisations.

This post will test the creative thinking and ability to set a creative vision for the organisation.
