GENERAL FEE INFORMATION
Our fees may be contingent, flat fee based or determined by the time required to complete a matter, and reflect the novelty and difficulty of issues involved, the amount involved, results obtained and time limitations imposed by the client or by the experience, reputation and ability of the lawyer engaged in providing services as allowed by law. PAYMENT VIA THE INTERNET
If you have negotiated a retainer relationship with our firm you may pay here. If you wish an extended consultation (a free initial consultation of a maximum of thirty (30) minutes consulation is available by telephone or email) you may pay for such consultation here at the rate of $50 per 15 minute increment. Online we accept payment by PayPal. This is a secure credit card and eCheck service that is certified by the Better Business Bureau BBBOnline® privacy program. On the PayPal site your credit card or check information is secured through 128 byte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption alogorithm. None of this information is shared with our office; only your proof of payment and notification that your payment has been deposited in our account is communicated to us from PayPal.
If you would like to pay a retainer or consultation fee or make any other payment (including outstanding invoices) you may do so through the PayPal payments link below. Be advised that these monies, after receipt by PayPal, will be placed in an attorney IOLA trust account as our office is so informed. These funds may be returned to you if you do not qualify for legal services. If you pay by credit card or eCheck fee will be deducted by PayPal for such transfer. Also note that transfer of funds does not, in itself, create an attorney-client relationship and should it be not be possible for the firm to represent you or provide you with the services requested on the basis of the firm's regular billing practices such monies will be refunded to your account minus third party processing fees charged to us. We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard® , Visa® , American Express® and Discover® . You may also pay with a check through the eCheck service. Note if you pay with a PalPal account linked to your checking account no transaction fees will be deducted from your deposit (differs from eCheck).
