Buried Treasure - The Legend of Sirius Also known as Sea Prince and the Fire Child, this 1981 Sanrio film blends Disney aesthetics and Shakespeare with elemental fantasy. The result is stunning.

Naruto Movie 3 DVD The Naruto movies are coming out like Irish twins. If only that meant they also came with Irish whiskey. Being hammered would at least give you an excuse for why you can't recall anything.
Vampire Hunter D Novel 1 The original novel which inspired the iconic movie about a stoic half-vampire Vampire Hunter is now available in the States. It tells basically the same story but with more context and a more involved psychological aspect, which is its biggest selling point.
Tactics GN 3 Are you here for the adventure or the eye candy? If it's the former, you might as well stop now because this series is not for you. But if on the other hand you are here for the latter, by all means, do feel free to read on.
Bleach the Movie: Memories of Nobody DVD The law against theatrical adaptations of long-running shounen series being anything but entirely disposable doesn't include a clause that says that they can't also be fun.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion GN 1-2 Fans who consider Code Geass an untouchable masterwork would do well to avoid this manga if they want to keep their perceptions of the series at that high level.
Zig·Zag GN 1-2 Zig·Zag is as fluffy as a spray of baby's breath and as lightweight as a daisy petal. It is hard, in short, to take seriously. However, it was not meant to be taken seriously, and the fact that this manga series makes no pretense about its humble ambitions is the sole thing that truly recommends it.
Psycho Busters Novel 1 Just as its author intended, this novel is easy to read, light in tone, and rich in adventure. Younger readers not cowed by discussions of prescience and psychokinesis should be diverted, if not enthralled.
Aria The Animation Sub.DVD A soft but magnetic invitation to submerge oneself in a world where kindness reigns supreme and life is overflowing with subtle beauty. Warning: may be lethal to cynics.
Love*Com GN 7-8 This series is still the standard by which all other modern romantic comedies should be measured.
Kyo Kara Maoh! DVD 2.7 Without any silliness to break up the gently failed drama, this volume is worse than just flawed: it's boring—something that, for all of their flaws, the previous volumes never were.
