Re: RTP PortBase and PortMax

The default values are 5000 and 5099

openam does not have command line options for setting these ports.
OpenMCU 2 does not have these options on it's web interface either.

To add this in would require something like the following in the
endpoint initialise function:

  if (args.HasOption("portbase")) {
    SetRtpIpPorts(args.GetOptionString("portbase").AsInteger(),
                  args.GetOptionString("portmax").AsInteger());
    SetTCPPorts(args.GetOptionString("portbase").AsInteger(),
                args.GetOptionString("portmax").AsInteger());
    SetUDPPorts(args.GetOptionString("portbase").AsInteger(),
                args.GetOptionString("portmax").AsInteger());
  }
