LONDON (AP) - The U.S. dollar was mixed against other major currencies in European trading Wednesday. Gold was unchanged.

The euro traded at US$1.4691, up from US$1.4650 late Tuesday in New York.

Other dollar rates:

109.81 Japanese yen, up from 109.63

1.1005 Swiss francs, up from 1.1000

1.0484 Canadian dollars, down from 1.0487
