Terms of Use for the Amnesty International Report 2007 Website

The terms and conditions set out below (the " Terms of Use") apply in conjunction with the Privacy Policy or the AIR Website.  By using the AIR Website you consent to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from your use of the AIR Website. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms of Use shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of the Terms of Use.
