Obama scores the big O

That's O as in Oprah. Barack Obama has recruited Oprah Winfrey, probably the most influential woman in America, to his team. On September 8th, just after Labour Day, when voters will really begin to start paying attention, she will hold a fundraiser for him at her sumptuous California estate.

An Oprah endorsement has incredible benefits

Most celebrity endorsements don't make any difference. Hillary Clinton's latest one was Joe Wilson, of Plamegate fame. Personally, I'd rather have Wilson endorse my opponent. But Oprah is different. She's Wonder Woman wrapped in the American Dream. And, like Obama, she's beyond black and white.
