Toby was previously Chief Foreign Correspondent for The Sunday Telegraph. He first joined The Daily Telegraph in 1994 and has been its Ireland Correspondent, Washington Bureau Chief and Middle East Correspondent. "Psy-Cho": the high school connection

Does the key to the Virginia Tech massacre lie not here in Blacksburg but 250 miles away at Westfield High School, where Cho Seung-hui was cruelly taunted and which two of his female victims had also attended?

It has just emerged that Cho had stalked a third female from Westfield High on the Virginia Tech campus. Westfield, a highly-rated school in an affluent area, hit the headlines last year when Michael Kennedy, an 18-year-old deranged former pupil, shot two police officers dead .
